Scope of Work
UI/UX/CMS: Link Encounter will design a responsive cross-platform website (desktop, tablet, mobile compatible)
for Your Company LLC. UI/UX (User Interface & User Experience) design will be based on concepts
communicated between the Client and Link Encounter. The CMS (content management system) platform for this
website will be wordpress which allow the client to easily update & manage the website’s content and media.

Web Design & Development Includes:

- Up to10 Custom HTML/CSS3 informational pages
- Cross platform (desktop, tablet, mobile) & cross browser (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari) compatible.
- Blog or news page w/ user subscribe form (MailChimp Setup & Installation )
- Basic search engine optimization (one-time) & Yoast SEO plug-in
- Contact form
- Photo gallery
- Social media integration
- Google Analytics setup & installation
- Google map Installation
- Search engine submission
- Hosting setup & installation

Client Obligations
- Prior to Phase 1 (start of project), the Client must provide Link Encounter final content (text, photos, videos,
links, forms, PDF’s etc.). Time required making substantial changes that are out of the scope of work, will be
additionally billed at our hourly rate.

- Website layout and design style will be chosen based on two sample layouts provided by Link Encounter. If
additional layouts (new designs) are requested by the Client, the Client will be billed at hourly rate until final
designs are approved by the client. However, standard revisions and minor edits may be requested at any time.

- See accompanying “Our Process” description. Once a phase has been completed and approved by the Client
any changes requested by the Client that require work to be redone in the completed phase will be billed at our
hourly rate.

Applicable LINK ENCOUNTER hourly rates:

Any tasks requested beyond the “scope of work” will be based on an additional work order and will be billed at
an hourly rate of:

-$65/hour for graphic/web design, web development, flash development, video editing
-$85/hour for advanced programming such as ASP, Cold Fusion, PHP, etc.

Payment Schedule:
1/3 Total down payment
1/3 Total after design layouts have been approved by client (phase 2)
1/3 Total at the end of project when final resources have been delivered to client and launched online

Implementation:
Project completion will take 4-6 weeks. Changes to the scope of work or delays in client cooperation may cause
completion estimate to change.
