|Technical Commitment
1. Website Design - To create responsive, easy to navigate and clutter
free interface for primary users (guests/registered users and buyers) of the
site. Different modules will have different layout to showcase the section
related as well as general data most effectively on the page. The design
must keep the viewer's eye relaxed and follow the international standards
of fonts and look & feel.

2. Database Structure - Because the portal needs to process data on

almost every page, with lot of data involved with sales tracking, user
tracking, billing system, etc., the database structure needs to be robust
and should be flexible enough to accommodate future extensions to be
added to the portal.

3. Programming the site - This needs to ensure that the codes are clean
and easy to update. The codes will be written in a way that future
enhancements on the site are possible. Advanced techniques like AJAX
(to reduce the page load time on every click of data processing) and J
Queries (to enable quick processing) will be used, wherever needed.

4. SEO Friendliness - Every page should be compliant with SEO standards,

so the site is later easy to optimize and displays the desired results in
search engines at a quicker pace.

5. Support - After making the site live, a support during beta launch of the
site, a complete support of 30 days for bug removal is provided.

communication and information needed to progress on the project site.

✓ Align the team EBEX with subject matter experts to ensure and incorporate
the actual and accurate processes

✓ Approvals and feedbacks to be shared, in email or in documented format,

approved by the authority of power, with EBEX designated person

✓ Imagery, specific to client, is to be shared with EBEX team, in high resolution.

✓ Source files/open files of any existing images are to be provided to be able to

make any changes to it.

✓ Client will procure & own the live server and development server will be of
EBEX.

| Change Requests (CRs)
Any website updation request outside the defined “scope of work” in this
document is to be considered as “Change Request”, which will be charged

@ INR 6,000/- per man day,

where the smallest measuring unit being one man day.

Effort estimation will be shared by EBEX team on which authorized request

initiator from NSDC and team EBEX will mutually agree.

| General Terms & Conditions
1. EBEX should have all relevant information/data before starting the project.

2. Time quoted is based on current environment. Any changes, beyond

control, should be understandable as a reason for reasonable delay in the
project, though EBEX will try our best to compensate the loss of time by
putting extra efforts to get it completed.

3. 30 days maintenance and support post making live will be provided to

client.

4. Base location of development and managing team will be at EBEX Office

in NOIDA, with upto 2 visits per month to client location at Okhla. Any visits
beyond offered, will be charged for conveyance on actuals. Any out of
station travel needed for this project, will be managed and sponsored by
client.

5. All out of pocket expenses are to be borne by client

6. Approvals / Feedbacks are expected within 7 calendar days. Delay by

client in replying to the mails or approval/feedbacks of any part of the
project may cause delay in project completion.

7. At the end of the project all the material related to this project will be
copyrighted to the client

8. Any enhancements on the project not stated in the project scope

mentioned above, will be charged extra.

9. All latest & compatible versions will be used.
