monies or exchange tickets.

2. Tickets cannot be refunded unless a performance is officially cancelled. If a performance is cancelled ticket holders will be offered
alternative performances (subject to availability) up to the seat value on the ticket or a refund of the price paid for the seat element. TOP
will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by customers in the event of a cancelled performance.

3. Full price tickets may be exchanged at TOP’s discretion for an alternative performance of the same production up to 48 hours prior to the
performance time, subject to a per ticket administration fee. It is not possible to exchange discounted tickets.
