500 g Flour
5 eggs
250 ml water
1 teaspoonsalt
200 g Mountain cheese cut firm, grated
50 g fine onion cubes
something Oil for frying
Preparation:
Mix the flour, eggs, water and salt to a thick dough until it has bubbles. In a pan, sauté the onion cubes
with a little butter. Bring plenty of salted water to a boil in a large saucepan. Then scrape the dough in
portions with a wooden board and scraper into the water or press through a spaetzle press into the water.
Bring to a boil, remove the finished spaetzle and place in the pan with the onion cubes. Swing both sides
and let the grated mountain cheese over it and let it melt
Working time: approx. 20 min. / Difficulty level: simple / calorific value 100 g: 161 kcal / 674 kJ
