Myself Hare Krishna Chaudhary, a student of the Institute of Hotel Management , Gangtok would like
to take the privilege of requesting your kind sponsorship for the most awaited event that is going to be
conducted in our college. This event includes campaign aginst “Drugs abuse in the society” ,
interscholastic fest and food fest. As you know about the huge reputation and popularity of our
college, it would be highly useful for your company/organisation/Hotel in terms of publicity and also to
increase your reputation through our fest. We are inviting higher dignitaries (Chief Minister of Sikkim &
Tourism Secretary) to make it a much successful one. Your company is already a proved one and we
kindly need your support to make this mega event a grand success. We will guarantee you about the
publicity and other norms that you would like to impose upon us once you agree to sponsor us. The
sponsorship need not be entirely in terms of raw cash, it can be material that you will feel useful for
