MURDER CASE

At about 7:15 pm on monday, September 16, 2019 we received a call from the
concern citizen regarding to the crime happen at barangay Manaol Siocon
Zamboanga del Norte, upon the report immediately we response at the crime
scene. Exactly 7:30 pm we arrived at the crime scene and we cordon the area.

That time we started to investigate and found out the ID in the pocket of the
victim named Rustom Morales 25 years of age residence of barangay Sta. Maria
Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte. Also we found out the 2 bullets shell of 9MM pistol.

According to the witness his friend Alid Sariol, the crime happened on exactly
7:00 pm, when they are walking along the street there is one person with a motor
already functioning on his side and with mask on his face standing at the dark
side of the street when they pass through the person standing in the dark side
place, the person who standing in the dark side of the street immediately shoot
Rustom Morales in the back of his head two times resulting the caused of his
death, after shooting Rustom Morales the perpetrator immediately ride a motor
XRM125 color black then run away at full speed. Alid Sariol also stated that
Rustom Morales has a friction to the ex boyfriend (Mamatol) of his girlfriend
(Pawa).
