AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS
I, HONEY MAE LOPEZ, 43 years old, married, a resident of Sitio Pantukan, Brgy. Poblacion
Siocon ZDN, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby deposed and
say;

That on 7:30pm, December 27, 2020 while I fething water of the back of our house I saw a
man roaming around at our neighbor house and I ask him what he looking form he say he
looking form Mr. Indangan cause he has something to ask and I told him their is no person
inside the house, then he walk away and I recognized him Mr. Colintan around 8:20pm I been in
the store I buy a candle cause it's blackout I saw Mr. Colintan walking going to the house of Mr.
Indangan holding a envelope few minutes I hear tatlong putok ng baril when I look at in our
window I saw Mr. Colintan palabas ng bahay immediately run away.
