SINUMPAANG SALAYSAY

I am MATEO TINSAY ZAYCO, Filipino, a minor, and with residence at Block 1, Lot 11,
Brgy. Handumanan, Bacolod City, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state that:

1. On 3 February 2020, at around 2:00 in the morning, I was 14 years of age when I went
to the Ceres Bus South Terminal. A security guard named Tito Boyo Abunda, of middle
age, approached me and conversed with me.

2. Tito Boyo seemed to be friendly and kind. He offered me a job upon knowing about my
financial difficulties. He invited me to meet him at Bata National High School the next
morning so talk further about this job opportunity.

3. On 4 February 2020, at around 10:00 in the morning, I met Tito Boyo at Bata National
High School as planned. He led me to his house in Goldcrest Subd., Brgy. Bata to talk
further about the job.

4. Upon arriving at his house, he started acting strange as we sat in his living room. He
told me that if I follow his directives he will give me money in exchange. I told him that
I am not interested with his offer and told him that it would be best for me to leave.
For unknown reasons to me, he placed his firearm on the table in front of us. I started
to feel scared and suspicious already.

5. Boyo Boyo then changed his shirt and thereafter took me to a grassy area near the
riverbank with his firearm in his hand. Subsequently, I was made to remove his shirt
and trousers and to lie down on the grass which I hesitantly followed. Boyo also took
off his shirt and shorts and lay down beside me.

6. I was so shocked and startled that I started crying. I begged him to let me go and I
promised to not let anybody know about what happened. But he started shouting at
me and threatened to kill me if I will not obey his instructions. Boyo then started to
masturbate my sexual organ and made me do the same upon his. Out of extreme
fear, I followed his orders.

7. Thereafter, Boyo forcefully placed my sexual organ into his mouth and used it like a
toothbrush. Boyo masturbated himself again until he ejaculated. Before leaving, he
gave me P300.00 and told me to keep my mouth shut otherwise, he will kill me and
my family.
