This is my 4th letter during sea project on board, my condition is good and also have with all crews on board.
With all respect, I want to give you information about my some knowledge this month. For example
maintenanance over haul LO purifier :
Detail of work over haul LO purifier :
1. Switch off electric source LO purifier
2. Closed purifier valves
3. Pipes coupling are disconected from LO purifier
4. Open the frame hood of LO purifier
5. Take out the bowl and another part of purifier
6. Cleaned bowl and disc bowel
7. Check and cleaned parts of LO purifier
8. Inspected worm gear / wheel and check lubricating oil.
9. Assembled parts of LO purifier
10. Closed the cover LO purifier
11. Conected pipes of LO purifier
12. Open LO purifier valves
13. Tested run LO purifier
Intermediate Service consists of an overhaul of the separator bowl, inlet/outlet and operating device every 3
months or 2000 operating hours. Seals in bowl and gaskets in inlet/outlet device are renewed.
