Dear Sir
This is my second letter during sea project on board, my condition is good and also have with all crews on
board.
With all respect, I want to give you information about my sea project monthy report.
This month my vessel have two survey sceduled. It is from oil major ( cevron) inspections and P & I inspections.
The fuction of inspections is to ascertain ship what it is standard or unstandard to load cargo ( oil & gas). They
are have a hight standard and General condition of the ship must be prepared by all crews. This is part of
checked by oil major:
1. Class and statutory certicates
2. Shipboard management ( Section to be completed taken in to consideration time under present management )
3. Crew
4. Safe working
5. Hygienic standard and watch keeping
6. Fire safety appliances
7. Life saving apliances
8. Pollution control
9. Bridge, navigation and communication
10. Hull and deck
11. Ballast tanks and void space
12. Machinery spaces
