Mate of the Certificate of Competency of a Foreign
Going Ship.
To impart knowledge and training in a way which is
best suited to individual requirements, enabling
candidates to successfully pass the Second Mate (F.G)
Examination conducted by D.G. Shipping.
The said preparation is strictly in accordance with the
Syllabi & the Guidelines contained in the META
manual of the DG Shipping, Govt. of India and
conform to the levels of competence as outlined in
the STCW 1995 Code as amended in 2010.
