ABOUT THE COMPANY

Founded by a team of IIT alumni with multi- industry experience in management consulting, computer science
and data science. We at AWIGN are bringing a revolution in the field of old-school outsourcing and driving
business needs of growing start-ups & organizations by catering to their Operational & Sales requirements.

Every requirement is streamlined and segmented into processes and offered to college students as part time
internships & live projects across India- with an opportunity for the students to work on real-life problems faced
by corporates and also earn handsome stipends & certificate for their efforts. Our experienced professionals
from IITs and IIMs ensures that the selected interns are trained extensively and also mentor them throughout
the course of their internship.

We are a start-up funded and backed by a venture capitalist of based out of Silicon Valley. Our clientele includes
the likes of Paytm, Mobikwik, Quikr, Oyo, Policy Bazaar, Kotak Mahindra Bank, DBS Bank, Pharmeasy & many
others.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Campus Ambassador, you would be promoting the internship assigned to you among the students of your
college through various channels available to you like college email groups, social media platforms (Facebook,
WhatsApp) and word of mouth and representing Awign.

• Introduce enthusiastic candidates to the platform and encourage them to come on board.
• Forward the mail briefing about the internship to all the UG/PG students of your college through a
common email of your college /department/ branch or class representatives/ Student placement
coordinator / club group’s email/ training and placement officer.
• Post the content on WhatsApp and Facebook group or page through the same channels as listed
above (the requisite content would be provided to you).
 • We recommend you keep repeating the steps 2 & 3 once in every 3 days.
• Print the poster advertising the internship, provided to you by us on A3 sheets and post it in and
around your campus.
• Come up with innovative ideas on how Awign can associate with your college/university.
• You will be given a maximum of 10 days for completing all your duties and your stipend will be
calculated on 11th day from the commencement of your duties.

DISQUALIFICATION
You will be disqualified, if

• Any application is found to be fake or invalid.

• You are unable to reach a minimum of 15 applications in first 3 days of commencement of your
duties.
• It was found that you have applied on someone else's behalf.
• It was found that you forced or convinced students to apply for internship who are not interested.

*If disqualified, you will neither be eligible for Certificate nor the Stipend.
