    b. Aadhar Card
    c. Driving Licence
    d. Smart Card of Approved Authority
    e. Passport

    2. OWNERSHIP PROOF:
    a. Property Register/House no. list of Panchayat/Committee
    b. Assessment Register
    c. Conveyance Deed
    d. Registry Deed
    e. Allotment letter by Govt Approved Agency
    f. Ownership Deed
    g. Certificate of ownership from Sarpanch/Member/Secretary of Gram Panchayat

    3. CASTE PROOF (In Case of Domestic-SC):


    a. Caste Certificate Issued by Tehsildar
    b. Caste Certificate Issued by HOD (in case of Govt. Employee)

    4. PLUMBER REPORT:
    a. Public Health Engg. Deptt. Licensed Plumber Site Report

    5. DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AFTER NEW CONNECTION HAS BEEN FOUND FEASIBLE BY CONCERN JE:
    a. Copy of Purchase Invoice of Water Meter (ISI Marked IP68 Type)
    b. Water Meter Photo Showing Make and Initial Reading

    Note: - As per Right to Service Act, the time limit to sanction new water/sewer connection is 12 days.
