NEGOTIATION
First, I can understand the charism is when a person has the spark, inspire, influence
and attract about other people, this is not be always happy or energic, it is when
known as acting at the appropriate moment.
One time once this is understood, we will can recognize the charism as a strategy to
negotiate in different cases according the needs of the negotiator. Regarding what I
think of the charism as a strategy to negotiate is that it can work for diverse
situations.
For example, when we have a meeting with other person of different nationality, but
him is too friendly and affectionate, we can use charism because the person gives
that opening. However, although this can be used, with a Japanese maybe not.
Because him have other culture and is more conservative, so it is best to use the
elegance, be mysterious and compassionate. The charisma is important because it
helps us to speak with assertiveness and eloquence.
I think I can increase the charisma if I do more these things in my daily life and I
would like to be more assertive.
