LIVING IN IT ERA
Aristotle tries to begin with common sense. He doesn’t just want to build theories
in thin air that have no connection to reality. He just collects different opinions from
different people about a certain topic. For your Activity you will ask the opinions of 20
different people about the following questions
a. What is happiness?
b. What is/are your goals/ in life?
c. How can you achieve your goal/s?
d. Who are the people you need to achieve your goal/s with?
Gather all the answers of the respondents. What is the top 3 most frequent answer?

What is happiness from the data you’ve gathered from different respondents?
Happiness is truly enjoying your life and being contented, Absence of Sadness,
Peace, health is wealth and emotional state.

1. Meaning of Human Flourishing
Human flourishing is the highest good of a human attempt to achieve his/her
goal. Human flourishing arises as a product of different factors such as,
friendship wealth and power.
2. What are the responses of the respondents about human flourishing?
The good is what is good for purposeful and goal-oriented entities
The good is finality existing in species.
The highest or more general good to which all individuals should aim is to live
fully a life that is proper to man.
