I proceed to send my contribution to this Task 2, answering the questions raised in this activity.

QUESTIONS

 WHICH OF THE NEW SEVEN WONDERS OF THE WORLD DO YOU THINK IS THE
MOST AMAZING? WHY?
I consider that one of the seven most amazing wonders in history is the Great Wall of China, it is the
largest that exists in the world. It is about 6,400 kilometers long and 46 meters wide, and it has
thousands of towers, castles and temples everywhere. You can walk along the Wall and visualize it
from the moon.

It was initially built to protect an ancient Chinese empire against the tribes that roamed the north.
But it became something much bigger an architectural jewel that would be known to all mankind.

 WHERE IS IT? SAY WHICH CITY IT IS IN.

The Great Wall, is located in the country of China, crosses six provinces, municipalities and
autonomous regions, which are Hebei, Beijing, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia and Gansu and with
this we can locate ourselves better. Where is the Great Wall of China? . It is located about 90
kilometers from Beijing Huairo, China.

 WHAT WORDS COULD YOU USE TO DESCRIBE IT?

We can describe the Great Wall of China, as the greatest engineering work in the world and one of
the largest structures on planet earth, where the history of ancient China is reflected. The Chinese
Wall is a wall built by farmers, slaves and soldiers during the 5th century BC with different materials
including limestone and clay, then with granite, approximately 6-7 meters high and 4-5 meters wide.
It is one of the most visited monuments worldwide, which is an attraction for tourism in China. It is
over 2,300 years old.
