1. Overview
The current document specifies the scope of service for each item included in the service packages
created for the New Greenfield or New Rooftop Sites, and for CW adaptations for LTE in Colombia,
using a simplified site design.
The Service Supplier (Partner) must consider all the task and materials needed to successfully
complete the service, according to the Service Description document, even if some of them were
not indicated in the present document.
All the services must be performed according to the current standards and specifications provided
by Nokia Solutions and Networks and/or Claro Colombia. These specifications are included in the
Service Description. If some specifications are not included, the partner must consider the current
specification indicated by CLARO.
The service includes all tasks needed to obtain the Final Acceptance document signed by the
customer, and the delivery of the document to Nokia Solutions and Networks.
The service includes, if required, the upload of the scanned documents to IPM and the update of all
the dates included in the tool for control and tracking of the project.
The service includes the cleaning of the work area and the residual management of all the packing
material included with the delivered equipment, according to local standards and applicable laws.


2. Service Item Description

 1 Site Evaluation Report (SER) per site (if needed)
 Review if Ownership documentation it’s Updated and complete
 Validated existing site candidate

 Arrange, coordinate and take part in the Technical Site Survey (TSS)
Special cases and other requirements

 Site Acquisition Management
 An ultimate effort to each site has to be set. After that the work is considered as
consultancy.
Detailed Service item description

"All work to be completed in accordance with Project Procedures and guidelines"
 To obtain, review and organize existing Site documentation from customer, including
leasing contracts, construction licenses and permits required to start the construction of the
site.
 Arrange Pre-evaluation survey with Network planning (NWP).
 Complete site evaluation in accordance with Project acquisition process. In general one Site
Evaluation Report (SER) per existing site.
 The content of SER is defined in the project document SER and could not be necessary the
generation of this report. The Site Acquisition agent is responsible that the SER report is
properly filled. The following information can be considered as main items to be filled to
SER
 Site location (coordinates, address, access description) to confirm
 Photos of the site
 Name and contacts of the owner and representative
 Rental fee and existing contract confirmed
 Evaluation of additional re-negotiations, rental fee and terms of contract
 Ownership documentation confirmed and updated

 Type of owner
 Sketch drawing
 Permit type
 Meet with site candidate evaluation team to take part in final validation of the existing
candidate.
 The Site Evaluation work includes all needed traveling, negotiations, taxes and tools
necessary, to evaluate the existing candidate.
 Enter all relevant data into project data management tools and Quality checklist (if
applicable).
Deliverables
 One filled SER report per candidate both in paper and electronic forms (if required).
 Validated that documentation of existing candidate is complete and updated.
 All relevant data entered into project data management tool and Quality checklist (if
