Narrative Report

In was a very sunny day, I woke up with a big smile on my face knowing that there’s another day
to begin with. There are so many things to work on and think about than to worry about things that
don’t matter. My 2nd day in internship was quiet difficult and devastating for me because I am not used
to sleep late at night and make requirements with a deadliest deadline.

I started my day editing my final output to be passed at 10 o’clock in the morning as per the
requested deadline of the team. It’s easy for us to edit the final output because it was already checked
by Ma’am Emma C. Ceballo last night and was being revised after. Ma’am Emma taught us on what to
do to make our output right. She always checks the sentence, format and grammar in every paragraph.
And I am very thankful because I have group mates who helped me finish and edit my output.

After that, I went to my room to drink some medicine for my cough and colds as I am not really
feeling well. One thing I learned is that from the words “Survival of the Fittest”, all of us want to finish
the task and everyone is fighting their own battle. At the end of the day, just ourselves will help us to
survive. Even though I am not feeling well that day, my eagerness to finish my requirements pushed me
to do it. Now, taking a nap was just my simple joy.

At 11 o’clock in the morning, I took a nap and keep myself relaxed for the next activity that we
have to do. After that I ate my lunch and took a bath and make myself set. Then 12:10 in the afternoon
was our departure from dormitory to testing centre. I felt so nervous because I really don’t know what
will happen there and I am so sleepy that time. And at 1:17pm we arrived at Mintal proper.

Since we came so very early, we decided to find a mall so we can stay there since it was so
sunny. The group B team together with Ma’am Emma stayed in front at the hospital. While the group A
is having a joyride and looking for a mall. After very long minutes, we decided to go back at the Mintal
proper. We stayed in the 7/11 store and after few minutes Ma’am Emma called us because it’s time to
go to the said venue.

At exactly 1:50pm we arrived at the testing area. We are so amazed in the venue because it was
their hall at the same time church. The place was so cold a very calm place you could imagine. The
speaker welcomed us with a smile on their faces. The two speakers were Mrs. Maria Pamela Flores and
Mr. Alan Flores. They introduced themselves to us and shared their life experiences as a couple and
being an HR Personnel and Psychologist.

At exactly 2:00pm they formally started the testing. They talked about the importance of testing
and administrating a test. They shared about the value of having a valid and reliable in a test and being
culture fair. After that they asked us on what type of test have we tried to administer before. And then,
they gave some insights about the test that we are going to administer that day.

Mr. Alan Flores who was a Psychology graduate shared his experiences as a Psychologist in the
Mental Hospital. After, they gave us test that will measure our personality as a person. Also, he taught
us the interpretation of our answer that talks about being a harmonizer, analyzer, entertainer and
commander. It was a very interesting topic because there are some points that really tell us on who we
are as an employee. And also, on what personality that will really fit to a job.

After that, they let us administer a test about CFIT. Then, we answered a test that will measure
our personality. After the test, they taught us how to score the test. It was quite difficult because the
template doesn’t fit. But still, we’re able to finish it and took the score in our test. I was so happy and
lucky because I learned new things on how to score a test.

At exactly 6:30 in the evening, we are done in our first day of Testing. We bid goodbye to our
kind speakers and prepared ourselves to go back at the dormitory. At 7:20 we arrived at the dormitory.
And at 9:00pm, we gathered at Ma’am Emma’s room to have our regular meeting. We discussed about
what our impressions are during testing and the things we must do for tomorrow. It was very tiring but a
joyful and productive day for me.
