Sir/Madam:

I regret to inform your good office regarding the seven (7) days
absences of my son Bob Denielle G. Ligon dated November 21-November
29, 2018 because he was diagnosed with pneumonia and was advised to
rest by his pediatrician. Attached on this letter are the medical certificate
and the result of his x-ray. Please give him the quizzes, seatwork,
assignments, projects and exams that he missed.
