2019 SIRIB MARIAN FILM FESTIVAL

A. MECHANICS
1. Interested participants must submit the following requirements on or before 6:00 PM of 13
September 2019 (Friday) to the Sirib Marian Film Organizing Committee, A215 Students’
Center.

• Duly accomplished Entry Form (please see attached entry form).

• Synopsis in Filipino or English (1 page, 12 pts font size, not more than 300 words) in
three (3) copies.
• Detailed sequence treatment (between 50-60 sequences, double space, 12 pts Courier,
letter-sized bond paper, 1 inch margin all around) in three (3) copies.
• Resume of proponent

All entries must be submitted in a long brown envelope properly labeled with:
• the proponent’s name
• title of film entry
• contact details

The sheets containing the synopsis and detailed sequence must not bear the name of the
proponent. Full scripts will not be accepted.

The Sirib Marian Film Organizing Committee will give a go signal for the script and
production within 24 hours after the requirements were submitted.

2. Each of the entries will receive a seed production grant of P3,000 to be released after the
submission of the film.

3. The deadline for the submission of the completed full-length film is December 06, 2019
(Friday).

4. The film entries will be reviewed by the jury during the whole month of January

5. The Awards Ceremony will be held at the Sacred Heart Center. (Date and time: To be
announced). The Committee shall give out cash prize for Best Picture, and Highest Grossing
Film.
