AFFIDAVIT of NO RENTAL
I, Gerard V. Malixi, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and resident
of Cabangcalan, Mandaue City, after having been duly sworn in accordance
with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am one of the Owners of Genergex Marketing Corporation

who is presently leasing Unit 2C-15B of Quest Homes Development
Corp. Building, located at Don Larrazabal Ave. NRA, Subangdako,
Mandaue City, Cebu

2. That I am also the owner of Giant Oil Fuel Marketing

3. That I am allowing Giant Oil Fuel Marketing to hold office with

Genergex Marketing Corporation.

4. In view of my this, Giant Oil Fuel Marketing is under no

obligation to pay any rental fees for the use of a portion of the
property leased by Genergex Marketing Corporation.

5. As such, I execute this Affidavit in truth for whatever legal purpose

it may serve.
