2) White List your IP address
If you are configuring dial-peers IP address will be automatically white-listed

++ By default IOS router will allow

1) VOIP (Mgcp/sip/h323) to POTS call
2) POTS to VOIP
3) POTS to POTS
IOS will not allow VOIP to VOIP calls (only for H323 / SIP )

That is the reason you use H323 / SIP for CUBE implementation
