UNDERSIZED GUARD

ESSENTIAL SKILLS PACKAGE


The Undersized Guard Essential Skills Package is designed to help you
understand and master the basic fundamentals that are necessary to becoming an
elite guard.

Do not overlook these fundamentals or it could be costly to your future development.


Inside of each module you'll discover an explanation video on the skill and also a
drill video to help you master that skill.

Each drill was chosen for a specific reason. Please follow the sets and reps as you
see listed on the next few pages. Do not try to create your own schedule. Follow
along with the training as it's laid out.

The only way we can promise you results is if you follow the training as planned.
That's because we've programmed this perfectly for you.
This training should be done 3-4 times a week with a day of rest in between.

Many players think more is better when that is simply not the case. Do this training
3-4x a week and follow the sets and reps as listed. Again more isn't better.

If you do the training 3x a week, train Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday


Thursday, Saturday.

If you do the training 4x a week, train Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday.

Remember this is the fundamental training, after-and ONLY after-you master these
fundamentals, should you move on to our paid training programs, which contain
more advanced training drills and workouts.

Iverson Low Drill - 3x5 each side

Cross behind then low - 3x (5 by 20 secs with 10 sec rest between)


rest 2 mins after 1 set

Court Vision Drill - 20 taps each side daily

Passing drill - 10 reps of each kind of pass (single arm bounce pass, single arm
chest pass, overhead pass, behind back pass, regular 2 handed chest pass,
regular 2 handed bounce)

Elite Shooting Drill - run through 3x (you explain the drill and timing in the overlay)
Elite Handles Drill - 3x (5 by 20 secs with 10 sec rest in between) each hand.
Rest 2 mins after 1 set.

Elite Floaters Drill - 2x8 each side

Elite Pull Ups - both directions 3 makes each move(3 moves) 3 times through
(top of key and both wings)

Elite Finishes Drill - 5 times each layup (5 different layups) both sides.

Elite Pick & Roll Drill - 3x5 each side (same sets for drill 1 and 2)
