b. Request for the Certified True Copies of the above documents(s) and claim/receive the same and
make the necessary follow-ups in connection with the said requests;
c. To enter the above premises for purposes of (i) setting up or staging the property; (ii) presenting
the property to prospective client/purchasers/tenants, (iii) to take photographs of the property.

The aforesaid authorities shall include signing and submission of any and all documents as may be
necessary relating to the above.

This authorization is valid until revoked by owner.
