TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction – The Customer is applying for a installment to buy Good(s) from the retailer. Whereas,
the customer understands that the approval of this transaction is subject to submission by the
customer of documents required by the retailer.
2. Payment – The Customer agrees to pay each installment Amount on or before the Due Date.
3. Releasing – The Retailer promised to release the good(s) tonthe said releasing date. Whereas, the
Customer agrees to receive the good(s) after 3 months of payment.
ACCEPTANCE
The Customer confirms having read and understood and agrees to the entire Terms and Conditions constituting
above clauses, including the Transaction Details and Payment Schedule. The Terms and Conditions have been
explained to the customer in the language understood by the customer.
