Dear John Fisher,

Out of the three candidates you have given me to review I believe that we should give an
interview to John Doe. The other two candidates I recommend we keep on our radar. John Doe
has the most automotive schooling out of all three candidates and has in shop experience. He is
young and ambitious he has set himself up for success and, in my opinion hasn't set the bar to
high. The other two might be ready for work in our shop but I think the one who will grow the
most and shine with this interview is John Doe.
