It's your job to connect coaches to the trains at the railway station.

You’re not only responsible for

adding coaches of the colour assigned to you, but to also complete the train as quick as possible.

Description of Components:
16 x Passenger coach cards, 8 of each colour
1 x Diner coach - doubles the worth of the coaches next to it
1 x Baggage coach - cancels the worth of the coaches next to it
1 x Locomotive card (starting position)

Passenger coach cards have a large number indicating the class of the
coach as well as an indication of the points it’s worth.

The Diner coach is represented by a knife and fork, and indicates that cards
next to its points are doubled.

The baggage coach is represented by a suitcase, and indicates that cards

next to its worth are nullified..

Setup:
Each player will be responsible for a colour, red or blue. Place the starting Locomotive card on the
table - this will be the starting position to add cards, then shuffle the cards and deal three each
player. Put the rest of the pile face down and place 1 card from the pile face up.

Players cards will always be face up in front of them, visible to the opponent.
Gameplay:
Players will take turns, starting with the non dealer first. Players must either:
● pick the face up card next to the pile or
● play a card from their hand.

Playing a card:
Players must either play a card of the same class or colour as the previous card played on the
train. If the same coloured card is played, it must either be the same card or differ from the class
by 1. Therefore you can't change from a 1st to 3rd class, or 3rd class to 1st class directly.

There are two special coaches which has effects on the coaches next to it: the diner and the
baggage coach:
● The Diner coach doubles the points of the two coaches next to it.
● The Baggage coach cancels the points of the two coaches next to it.

Any card can be played after these cards, and the sequence starts afresh. Should the baggage
and coach card be next each other, they only affect the cards on either side of them. A card
directly between these 2 cards is nullified.

Pick up a card:
A player can pick up the face up card in the pile and add it to the collection in front of them. The
card from the top of the face down pile is the used to replace the card that was taken.

End game and Scoring:

The game ends when a player can’t play, and there are no more faced up cards to pick up. When
the game ends, scoring commences:
● Each player score the continuous segment in their colour with the most points.
● Each player subtracts the total points of the cards left in front of them

Scoring example:
Locomotive 3pts 3pts 2pts X 3pts 2pts 2pts x2

Red’s segment with the most points is worth 3pts.

Blue’s segment with the most points is worth 2 x 2pts = 4 pts.
