O R D E R:-

In the reference 3rd read above, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh

has constituted Admissions and Fee Regulatory Committee, Under
sub rule (i) of rule 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Admission and Fee
Regulatory Committee (for Professional Courses offered in Private Un-
Aided Professional Institutions) Rules 2006, issued in the Government
Orders 1st and 2nd read above with the persons mentioned below:-

1. Justice Sri T. Ranga Rao (Retired Judge, AP High Court) }

(for matters relating to regulation of admissions) }

4. The following notification shall be published in the Andhra

Pradesh Extraordinary Gazette on 16.05.2009.

NOTIFICATION

Under rule 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Admission and Fee

Regulatory Committee (for Professional Courses offered in Private Un-
Aided Professional Institutions) Rules, 2006 Government hereby
extend the term of the Admission and fee Regulatory Committee
constituted in G.O.Rt.No.371, Higher Education (EC.2) Department,
dt.17.5.2007 until further orders.
