1) Open the batch Google Drive here - Link > Click TRANS YEAR 1 > Click Add to My Drive

2) Download Google Backup and Sync here - Link

3) Open the file you downloaded

4) Click Get Started

5) Sign in using the Google account (the same that you use to access the batch Google Drive)

6) Uncheck EVERYTHING > Click Next

7) Check Sync My Drive to this computer

8) Select the folder location where you want to keep the files

9) Click Sync only these folders > Check TRANS YEAR 1

 10) Click Start

11) Open the folder location that you selected in Step #8. You will find all the files of the batch Google Drive
automatically downloaded to your computer

Whenever someone uploads or edits a file, it will appear in your computer automatically
