TRAVELER INFORMATION
I confirm that I am an individual artist member of APAP in good standing. I understand that my
membership must be active at the time of submission, and membership must extend at least one
month beyond proposed travel dates.
I confirm that that my agent/manager/agency is currently a member of APAP, and I understand that
to meet artist member eligibility requirements, I must hold an Associate membership through my active
APAP-member agent/manager/agency. I understand that my Associate membership must be active at
the time of submission, and membership must extend at least one month beyond proposed travel dates.
Have you received a CEF award in the past? Note: APAP welcomes new applications from previous CEF
awardees.

Each award for travel is handled on a reimbursement basis. Expenses are estimated based off airfare
costs at the time of application submission and a $100 per day per diem for up to 10 days. Travel days

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please check at least two of the boxes below to indicate how this travel subsidy will benefit you/your
organization. This travel subsidy will:
• Increase the relationship building with international artists to serve the presenting field,
presenting organizations or a particular community
• Advance a project or the cultural research of the U.S. based artist
• Increase the artist’s knowledge and understanding of the cultural context for the performing
arts internationally
• Promote cultural awareness with other artists, producers and presenters from around the world
in the U.S.
