III. Procedure:
A. Introductory Activity:
1. Drill:
Quick Throwback: The teacher will post some artworks from highlands and lowlands to
the class. Ask the students to identify the origin of the object and elements observed.

2. Motivation:

Fill in the plate!


Fill the plate with proper food that the adolescents need.

Eggs
soda drinks
Milk
vegetables
Chips
Cereals
Fruits
fish
Root crops
B. Development of the lesson:
1st activity:

Check Your Daily Food Diet

Let the students share their answer


Did you eat meal regularly?
What did you discover about the food you ate?
Where do you usually eat your meals?

2nd activity:

Interactive discussion on the right food during adolescent.


The students will sum up the lesson by explaining the slogan “Eat right to a healthy
life”
