Online Biodata / Bank Account Form (Supplementary Joining Instructions)

Dear Students,
You are instructed to keep on checking your email. You have to fill biodata and
bank account form online by clicking under mentioned link. Username & password will be sent
through email. After submitting the forms online, print it and get the printed copy signed by
parent / guardian and submit to college authorities on orientation day:-
