I. INTRODUCTION

In the field of education every educator works very hard in order for him to
accomplish at the end of every school year. In a duration of one year, he will gather
all these labors to see if how many or how far he had reached. Setting a standard
from A to C, is he at stage A, a beginner or at stage B, a performer or at stage C, an
achiever. For sure, everyone must aim to get a C and it will be a little burden but
once he is already there, he will savor the taste of the fruits of his labor.
Accomplishment is quite a long word and every individual must take also a long
journey to achieve it. He has to shed all efforts in order to attain his goal. A farmer, in
particular will not just stand in front of his field and wait till it’s time for harvest. He
has to strive hard for him to produce a bountiful harvest. From planting season to
harvest time, he has to pass through certain areas until such time that he will already
reap the product.
