IFFCO (pvt) Ltd. has agreed to supply Hayat Ghee at Agriculture Fair Price Shops in Ramzan Bazaars all over the Punjab. Following SOPs shall be implemented by all concerned for provision of Ghee in Ramzan Bazaars vi vii vill Hayat Ghee will be supplied by M/s. IFFCO (Pvt) Ltd. @ Rs. 140/ Kg (1 kg pouch) at AFP shops in Ramzan Bazaars across the Punjab Mis. IFFCO (Pvt) Ltd. will provide city / bazaar wise list of its suppliers to Directorate General (IPWM) to ensure smooth supply. Directorate General (IPWM) will share contact list of all District Officers (IPM) with Mis.|FECO (pvt) Ltd. for proper coordination at District level Names and contact details of Incharges of Agriculture Fair Price Shops will be provided by Agriculture Department to Directorate General (IPWM) for onward sharing with M/s \FFCO (Pvt) Ltd Mis. IFFCO (Pvt) Lid, shall be responsible for supply of good quality &plentiful quantity of Hayat Ghee in Ramzan Bazaars. Staff of Agriculture Department will maintain records of sale and daily sale proceeds will be paid to M/s. IFFCO (Pv) Lid. as mutually agreed between parties on area basis, AFP Incharge will be responsible to maintain record of sale receipts, payments made to Mis. IFFCO (Pvt) Ld.and stocks received on daily basis District Officer (PWM) will coordinate with Mis.
