Admission to First Year Engg. 2015-16

 Upon recommendation of UGC and the State Govt. University of Mumbai has conferred
Autonomous Status to our college from academic year 2014-15, whereby the College will
award Degree on behalf of University of Mumbai.
 Our College has Gujarati Linguistic Minority status.
 Our FE admissions will be as per the DTE norms for 2015-16, based on composite score of
HSC PCM marks and JEE Main 2015 paper 1 score.
 College offers degree courses in following 5 branches with total intake of 600.
All 5 courses are provisionally accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) upto
November 2015
 Computer Engineering 120
 Electronics Engineering 120
 Electronics & Telecommunication Engg. 120
 Information Technology 120
 Mechanical Engineering 120 #

# Additionally 18 seats (15% over & above sanctioned intake) are available in Mechanical
Engineering for PIO/ Foreign Nationals/ Children of Indian workers in Gulf countries.

 Distribution of these seats among various categories is as follows


I. Gujarati Linguistic Minority seats 51% (61 per branch)
II. Institute level (including NRI) seats 20% (24 per branch)
III. Seats to be filled through CAP 29% (35* per branch)
*These include (30) State Level Seats and (05) All India Seats
 Like last year, this year also, application forms are to be filled up On-line for Minority seats,
Institute level seats and Vacancy seats (Seats which may remain vacant after all rounds in
CAP and Institute level). This process will start through College website (after receiving HSC
mark sheets in hand i.e 10th June 2015 onwards)
