OBJECTIVE:
To practice writing linear equations in slope-intercept form (y = mx + b)
given two points.
(8.FB.4)

DIRECTIONS:
1) Print off a student record sheet for each student. Print off a group
record sheet for each group.

2) Each student is responsible for completing each problem. Next,

students compare their answers with their group members and record
their groups’ answer on the group record sheet.

3) Once students have an answer on the group record sheet, all students
in the group should raise their hands.

4) If the answer is correct, then the teacher initials the group record sheet,
if the answer is wrong, then the students should retry the problem.

5) Students should not move on to the next problem until you have initialed
that the problem is correct.

6) The first group to receive all of the initials first on their group record
sheet wins!
