Introduction

On the Insert tab, the galleries include items that are designed to

coordinate with the overall look of your document. You can use these galleries to

insert tables, headers, footers, lists, cover pages, and other document building

blocks. When you create pictures, charts, or diagrams, they also coordinate with

your current document look.

You can easily change the formatting of selected text in the document text

by choosing a look for the selected text from the Quick Styles gallery on the

Home tab. You can also format text directly by using the other controls on the

Home tab. Most controls offer a choice of using the look from the current theme

or using a format that you specify directly.

Background of the Study

To change the overall look of your document, choose new Theme

elements on the Page Layout tab. To change the looks available in the Quick

Style gallery, use the Change Current Quick Style Set command. Both the

Themes

gallery and the Quick Styles gallery provide reset commands so that you can

always restore the look of your document to the original contained in your current

template.

Statement of the Problem

This study aimed to explore and describe the lived experiences of

_________________.

Specifically, the study sought to answer the following questions:

1. What is the lived experience of breast cancer survivor?

2. What insights can be drawn from their experiences?

3. What implications can be drawn from their insights?

Research Instruments

A researcher's interview protocol is a conversation for gathering

information. A research interview involves an interviewer, who coordinates the

process of the conversation and asks questions, and an interviewee, who

responds to those questions. Interviews can be conducted face-to-face or over

the telephone. This is only a sample.

The internet is also emerging as a tool for interviewing. An instrument of

inquiry—asking questions for specific information related to the aims of a study

(Patton, 2015) as well as an instrument for conversation about a particular topic

(i.e., someone's life or certain ideas and experiences). The researchers use the

cellphone voice recorder to record the interview with the consent from the co-

researchers in order to ensure ethical research. This is only a sample.

Data Gathering Procedure

On this part, kindly include the content of your Research method. Discuss

first the research method then afterwards, proceed the steps for data gathering

procedure.
