tograph number ____ from my photography session dated ___________ as seen by me prior to signing this
release, the right to use for the limited purpose of advertising and promoting his or her business as a photogra-
pher.The photograph stated shall not be altered or manipulated other than enlarged for framing and display or
reproduced for media distribution. This release does not permit the sale or trade of the stated photograph in
whole or in part for any purpose whatsoever. I have the right, after ____ days from the date of this release, to
request that there be no further use of this photograph other than that which has been irreversibly distributed,
and the Photographer agrees to adhere to such a request. I am of full age and competent to sign this release. I
agree that this release shall be binding on me, my legal representatives, heirs, and assigns. I have read this release
and am fully familiar with its contents.
