The graph, perhaps the simplest to explain among all the other ones shows a comparison
of the level of food security in Naga City for the first quarter of 2018 and 2019. For the year
2019, more individuals are food insecure as their numbers increased by 6% over the previous
year from 37.3% in the first quarter of 2018 to 42.3% in the same quarter of 2019. In terms of
those who are food secure, the number has decreased with the graph showing that 5% of the
respondents became less able to secure food from 62.8% from the first quarter of 2018 to a lower
57.8% in the same quarter of 2019. This data concludes that there has been an increase in the
difficulty of being able to secure food in Naga City during the current year compared to the
previous, with an increase of those who are food insecure and a decrease to those who are food
secure.
