DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS CHECKLIST FOR INDIVIDUAL BUYER (LOCAL)

Dear Sir/Madam,

Congratulations! We would like to thank you for investing in an Alveo Land property. To guide you in
finalizing your purchase and enable us to issue your contracts, please submit the following
requirements according to the indicated timeline:

Within 7 calendar days from reservation date


 Signed chosen payment term
 One valid government ID of principal buyer and co-owner/s
 Tax Identification Number (TIN) of principal buyer and co-owner/s
 Latest 3 months proof of mailing consistent with declared mailing address

Within 14 calendar days from reservation date (ONLY FOR PAY TERMS OF MORE THAN 23 MOS)
 Filled-out and signed Installment Purchase Application of principal buyer, co-owner/co-payor
 ANY ONE of the following proof of Income of principal buyer and co-owner/co-payor
 Latest 3 months bank statement or bank certification of deposit
 Latest 3 months pay slip
 Latest 3 months certificate of employment with annual/monthly compensation
 Latest Income Tax Return (ITR)

Within 25 calendar days from reservation date


 Down payment via:
 Peso Check or US Dollar check
 Wire transfer
 Cash deposits ONLY if less than Php500K
 Postdated checks for monthly amortization and other charges via:
 Peso Check or US Dollar check
 Signed BPI Auto-Debit Arrangement Form
 Dragon Pay Facility
 Approved bank guarantee letter (for bank terms only)
 Other documentary requirements to support contract and titling instruction e.g. affidavit of
citizenship, Special Power of attorney, oath of allegiance, etc. Documents issued and executed
abroad should be consularized by Phil. Consul

Reminders:
 All documents should be consistent and accurate
 All documents written in foreign language should be translated in English and certified by
authorized agencies by Phil. Consul
 All change/s in purchase details should be done within 30 days from reservation date to avoid
administrative charges or delay in finalizing the account
