SESSIONS IN OCTOBER
05 and 12 October, Saturdays: Research and Writing Days
You are given this time to work on your paper and do necessary research. In the next coming
days, I can make myself available for consultation online. We can setup a video or audio
conference so you can ask your questions regarding your final paper. On most days, I will be
available for consultation 7pm to 8pm, or 8pm to 9pm. If interested to book time with me, send
me a direct message with two or three option of your preferred time, so I can check my
schedule. First DM, first reserved.

16 October, Wednesday: Deadline of Soft Copy of your Paper

 Submit a copy of your paper (final version) on this day
 Format should be both in PDF and editable MS Word
 If you have illustrations, spreadsheets or audio visuals, attached them in the original format.
 Take note of the prescribed format, same as the written assignments. Non-compliance with
the formatting will automatically merit a 10-point deduction from the raw score.
 All sources should be properly cited. All attempts at plagiarism will be subject to a failing
grade and ultimately academic sanctions.
 Your submission is considered final, and may no longer be revised or edited for the actual
presentation on 19 October.
 Late submission will not be accepted and will therefore not be graded for the written
submission of the final requirement.

printing only.
 No need to prepare slides for the final oral exam.

 The oral exam will cover important concepts in the course and vital portions of the final
paper.
 Each student will be allotted 15 minutes for the oral exam.
 The sequence of the oral exams will be based on the alphabetical order of the students’ last
names.
 An orientation of the oral exams proceedings will be held at 12:30PM inside the classroom.
Everyone is expected to attend.
 The first oral examinee will start at 12:45PM to give way to potential time adjustments.
