Hi Experts, Can Someone Share With Me How To Troubleshoot Channel Failure Rate Alarms On 2g NSN??
Meaning
The rate of calls terminating in failure on a channel is above the
threshold value set by the operator. The alarm is used to supervise
the functioning of traffic and signaling channels, and to detect
the possible faulty channels.
Supplementary information fields
1. indicates if the alarm is on the TCH or on the SDCCH channel
01: TCH
02: SDCCH
ZERS:<BTS>,<TRX>,<CH>:L; lock
ZERS:<BTS>,<TRX>,<CH>:U; unlock
Cancelling
If the alarm requires no user actions, you can cancel it with the
MML command EOR.

May be some issue in TRX / traffic channel configuration mismatch between BSC & BTS / transmission issue..

Mr. Fuller,
There so many causes of that alarm, basically if you're using TDM transmission please make sure that the Abis
Allocation between BTS and BSC are matched. Otherwise it could be a hardware issue, perform replacements
on the TRXs, Baseband units (BB2x), depends on what kind of BTS type you're using (Ultrasite, Flexi EDGE or
FMR)

Sector reset as first plan .
Check CNT cable ,
If it does not work ,please replace trx .
