Good governance is what leaders need to acquire in administering people.

The
word ‘Good’ is very broad in its definition that it expands the meaning of what it
modifies or describes. Governance simply means a given right of supremacy over
people. Terming it with ‘Good’ shouldn’t define as excellent only. Anyone can
govern and be excellent in it yet still isn’t good enough. Therefore, it must also be
moral, decent, satisfactory, and trustworthy to govern well. A leader must not
only look what is right to mankind but also what is moral in the eyes of God. He
should be noble in his actions, justified in his decisions, and consistent in his vows.
He knows what path is beneficial to take, then tries hard to create one. Because I
believe that a leader in having good governance must become a servant to his
fellowmen even if full authority already rests in the palms of his control.
