Jessica Soho is mostly known for being a legendary, respected and most outstanding
female journalist in the Philippines who already received so much prestigious awards as an
appreciation for her well done service for the community on providing a good journalism with
the aim of spreading truthfulness and even entertainment.
Jessica Soho is primarily recognized in her own Multi-Awarded Magazine Show, which
is the most common and viewed program in the country that is usually aired in GMA
NETWORKS, the “KAPUSO MO, JESSICA SOHO” or commonly known as, “KMJS”. Her
show uses Media outlets to spread stories and entertaining events with a purpose to inform, to
persuade and to entertain, that could bring joy and even amusement to the people. This stories
includes Food, Travel, Life, Mysteries, Phenomenal, Current Issues, and so much more.
Mostly, the viewers are more amazed not just of her stories but because of her unique and
persuadable narration style that really stands up and hooks the viewer’s mind and ears.
Aside from spreading amazing stories, her show also aimed to bring an inspiration, and
hope to the people who are particularly in a matter of being stressed that makes it more
significant than the other shows. And, because of the wide growing technologies in the modern
generation, Jessica Soho had also engaged on using social media platforms and networking
sites on her stories for the fast spreading of information and to become more accessible to the
users and viewers. Moreover, her show believes and lies on bringing the world to a wonderful
and inspiring stories, using media as her most powerful, easy to access/use, and convenient
weapon to work with, on expanding the growing knowledge of the society especially to the
students.

According to Mr. Ruby A. Daboda, a college graduate for an

Electrician fields in the year 2019, he said that ten years ago was a truly
significant event for the JRMSU community for its refinement and
enhancement. This was the application of the recent DR. JOSE RIZAL
MEMORIAL STATE COLLEGE to become a fully recognized as JOSE RIZAL
MEMORIAL STATE UNIVERSITY.

Unfortunately, due to the lack of further information, and the fact

that it was already 10 years ago, the above stated source had already forgot
and fail to provide me the precise and more detailed facts and points to
support his stand about the shifting of the institution from being STATE
COLLEGE into a STATE UNIVERSITY.

But in my own opinion, it is one of the best ever made proposal in

the history of JRMSU. As a current student in this institution, I feel so proud
about it, that I was able to study in a known University to pursue my
dreams, here in Region 9 as the “Premiere University in Zamboanga del
Norte” that can brought so much changes in the lives of the students who
are capable and eager to surrender and sacrifice their selves in the cells of
high and professional education offered by JRMSU to pursue their dreams
and ambitions.
