At the outset, I would like to express my warmest greetings of Kruhay to the men and women behind

the YouthLEAD Philippines, as well as to the esteemed guests who are present in today’s ___________.

Few days ago, as we travel from our hometown Antique going here in Bohol, I have some worries and
qualms to represent our beloved President in the University of Antique, Dr. Pablo S. Crespo Jr. before
the respected and distinct partner of UA, the YouthLEAD Philippines, because the task and responsibility
is a undoubtedly a privilege coupled with certain accountability.

The words must be fulfilled in giving back all the good things which the Youthlead Philippines have
shared and influenced among our students who are considered as the source of the innovative strength
and support of UA in its major endeavours as well as its lowly stories like during the pandemic, and
other natural calamities that bombarded our province Antique, specifically during the onslaught of
Typhoon Odette and Paeng. Taking such inspiration led us to embrace and take our institutional
inspiration in becoming strong, tall, and resilient institution of higher learning, UA amidst the test of
times.

There are so many things which our heart wants to say but all of which can be summed up and
delivered with the strongest pitch. Partnering with Youthlead Philippines is one of the best decisions of
the University which made us love and be in love whether on its hills and valleys of its academic journey.
Hence, our heartwarming and profound gratitude and appreciation.

Linking with the said context and passion, let’s continuously connect and live with the fullest purpose so
that UA with the support of Youthlead Philippines will not only consistently grow at the forefront of
tertiary education but also maximize its potentials by illuminating the beacon of knowledge in making
our beloved Antique and even the Philippines, a better place for all.

On this note, on behalf of our University President, my sincere and earnest Thank you, for the
unwavering support, for being inspirational as you assist us in touching the lives of the Antiqueno
youths, and for being there as we continue to transform their lives and at the same time, build
communities along the process.
