I, George Michael Lleno Resnera who completed my 600 hours of internship training at the

Registrar's Office at Immaculada Concepcion College. Personally, I would to give thanks to the

following who supports and motivates me through this entire journey.

Primary, to our Almighty God who guided me and allowed me to take this another opportunity

in life. Secondly, to my dearest parents who support me financially, emotionally and make it all

possible for me. Also, to my program head Ma'am Eliziel Cantimbuhan for allowing me to be

part of the Registrar's family.

And last, to my dearest and gorgeous supervisors: Sir. Dan Dan Lopez, Sir. Jeremy, and Ms.

Erica Flores; thank you for never doubting my capacity in work, thank you for honing me into a

great version of myself, thank you for making me realized that mistakes will only be served as

lessons, not a failure, and thank you for filling me with your wisdom and morals in life.

Unfortunately, This will be my last day as an OJT, but I can assure that all the knowledge and

lesson I learned will be served as my future reference in life. Hang in there, Padayon!

Activity Report

During my internship training at Immaculada Concepcion College (ICC) I am assigned to do the

following: encoding of student's database, enrollment registration, assessing the requirements

for enrollment and unifast applications, making TOR (Transcript of Records), COG (Certificate of

Grades), making request form for transfer, handling schedules for irregular students, crediting

subjects from transferee students and I also handled pull-out students and shift courses. Lastly,

as a registrar's OJT I also answered some of the inquiries that students frequently ask.

Moreover, In all the tasks that I do as an intern, behind these were a three-person: Sir. Dan Dan

Lopez, Sir. Jeremy, and Ms. Erica who fully trusted me in the way that I do.
