1. Open PPT, select blank presentation.

2. Add 5 additional slides

3. Select the first thumbnail, encode EXERCISE 1 and move the placeholder upwards
4. Select the subtitle placeholder and encode your section. Change the font style.
5. Change the background color to _____.
6. Choose the second slide, change the background which is different from the first slide
background.
7. Insert 5 different shapes of different sizes.
8. Change the fill color of all the shapes.
9. Change the color of the shape outline of all the shapes.
10. Increase the weight of all the shape outlines.
11. Put different shape effects on all the shapes.

12. Click on the third thumbnail. Insert a pie chart. Change the title of the pie chart to
COMPOSITION OF THE ATMOSPHERE.
13. Divide the 3 parts into the following data: 78% N, 21% O, and 1% other gases.
14. Change the colors of the parts. Move the graph to the left.
15. Insert a picture and drag it to the right of the pie chart.
16. Change the picture style from the Format Tab.
17. Click thumbnail 4. Insert and choose a WordArt and encode INFORMATION AND
COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY.

18. Edit the WordArt in a way that it is contained in the slide. Change the font color.
19. Drag the WordArt upwards. Insert a picture from the library.
20. Resize the picture in a way that it occupies the whole slide.
21. Insert a Text Box at the lower part of the slide. Encode YES WE CAN!
22. Increase the font size, change the font color and font style, and align the text at the center.
23. Insert the Forward or Next action button from the Shapes under the Illustrations group to and
hyperlink it to the next slide.
24. Encode PowerPoint in the title placeholder. Add a hyperlink to: Back Up D > aaa for school use >
aaa_kto12 > grade 8 ict > PowerPoint2013-basic.
25. Add Transitions to all slides.
26. Add entrance on the first slide.
27. Add entrance on the second slide.
28. Add entrance on the third slides.
29. Add entrance on the fourth slide.
30. Add emphasis on the first slide.
31. Add emphasis on the second slide.
32. Add emphasis on the third slide.
33. Add emphasis on the fourth slide.
34. Add exit on the first slide.
35. Add exit on the second slide.
36. Add exit on the third slide.
37. Add exit on the fourth slide.
38. Change the motion paths of slide 1.
39. Change the motion paths of slide 2.
40. Change the motion paths of slide 3.
41. Change the motion paths of slide 4.
