SUMMARY
On October 10, 2019 at approximately 0745 hours, George Watanabe, was last seen walking out the front door of the
listed Gilbert address. George and his wife, Mary Lynn, have just temporarily moved from WA and are house sitting
Mary Lynn's sister's home at the listed address while they are away. Mary Lynn reported George missing as of 1524
hours after Gilbert Police Officers initially attempted to locate George at approximately 1201 hours.
Mary Lynn last saw George at 0745 hours this morning and was not prompted to George leaving. Mary Lynn stated
George was unpacking their vehicle this morning and when she went back outside to assist him, George and the vehicle
were no longer in the driveway. There are no possible areas George could frequent and George did not specify where
he was going, according to his wife. Mary Lynn reported George to be endangered due to high blood pressure, Bipolar
disorder, and a previous serious head surgery that has caused George to have trouble remembering things as well as
causing him to be lost easily. George is supposed to take medication for these health problems in the morning and
afternoon; Mary Lynn has confirmed George took his medication this morning. It was also confirmed that George has
not made any suicidal ideations or threats.
