INGREDIENTS:
3-LARGE CHICKEN BREASTS -BONELESS SKINLESS
1-CAN CHICKEN BROTH
2-CANS GREAT NORTHERN BEANS UNDRAINED
1-CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
1-CAN WHITE HOMINY-DRAINED
1-SM CAN GREEN CHILI’S DRAINED
1-SM CAN CHOPPED JALEPENOS OR (TO TASTE) DRAINED
1-PACKET TACO SEASONING
1-CUP SOUR CREAM
MONTEREY JACK CHEESE (TO TASTE)

DIRECTIONS:
PUT WHOLE BREASTS IN BOTTON OF CROCK POT
ADD- BROTH, BEANS AND HOMINEY- THEN IN A SEPARATE BOWL MIX SOUP,
TACO SEASONING, GREEN CHILI’S AND JALEPENO’S TOGETHER AND POUR IN
CROCK POT- GIVE A LITTLE MIX AND COOK ON LOW FOR 8 HOURS-
THE CHICKEN WILL SHRED EASILY WHEN DONE. ABOUT AN HOUR BEFORE
SERVING ADD THE SOUR CREAM AND CHEESE- STIR TO MIX.
YOU CAN ADJUST THIS RECEIPE TO TASTE OR ADD OTHER SPICES AS YOU LIKE.
