It is my pleasure to inform you that this coming 6th of September, our school, Concepcion
Integrated School will be having its annual “Club Day” celebration. Different clubs and
organizations will be showcasing their talents and creativity by setting up a gallery type of
booth which are educational and beneficial to students to acquire new knowledge and enjoy
at the same time.

With this, I would like to seek your approval for us to conduct a meeting at SHS 103. This is
to formally settle our task and prepare the necessary things that we will be needing for the
